"This property has everything that you need, beach, pool, restaurants, bars, shopping & a very friendly staff. Check-in was seemless, very friendly, Tony the parking attended was great, Krystal our server at the rooftop restaurant was attentive and friendly as were all of the staff, our room was very clean & quite. Music is played from 9:00am till 10:00pm, if you keep your terrace door closed, you hear nothing, our room number was 411. We had no issue getting additional supplies for the room, the cleaning people were on our floor every morning and gave us everything we needed without an issue. The beach is beautiful, white sand, clear water and light waves. We felt the prices for food were very reasonable, you can get 2 hotdogs and a bag of chips for $7.00, a full breakfast for $16.00, drinks were priced reasonably as well. We are from New York were they charge a lot more. For you smokers out there, you can smoke on your terrace, they leave you an ashtray, you can also smoke at all outdoor restaurants & bars. We had a great time, i dont understand why there were so many negative reviews, this place is GREAT, we are looking forward to our next trip there."

"Pros: Resort was well built and with much attention to detail. View was great and staff was friendly. A nice variety of dining options (both food court and regular restaurants). Infinity pool was neat and the BOGO drink coupons were appreciated. Bay view from the room was great. Cons: The resort is in a bit of an odd place shoehorned into a plot right on Route 41. The walking path is about .5 mile and stops at the causeway. The "beach" next door is closed for renovations so there is no beach access if you were expecting it. Outside the resort itself, there really isn't much to do in Punta Gorda proper. You are going to have to drive to Fort Myers or Naples for Gulf access and other activities if you are okay with that."

"El hotel muy limpio , buena atención , buen trato pero si debo señalar que en la playa las embarcaciones y los botes particulares (fuera de los huéspedes) no dan espacio para los q pagan un servicio hotelero , vienen prácticamente a la orilla y los que han pagado apenas cuentan con tranquilidad para bañarse (nunca había visto algo igual) esto no debería de suceder con lo costoso q es la estadía , debieran de tener una señalización donde desde ese punto no se debiera pasar"

"Been to this hotel before and it’s just as nice as the last time. Comfy bed/pillows, dark room for great sleep, convenient location, and quiet. Breakfast was a bit off the first morning but was better the second. Will stay again"
