“Nice property and staff/service, but showing its age a bit next to the Moevenpick Hotel beside it. Due to the end of the hot weather season, the HVAC was switched to heating-only mode, which kept the temperature inside the property a little on the high side. The front desk graciously accommodated us by switching our rooms to the opposite side of the hallway, away from the busy street, allowing us to open the windows in the room without having to absorb traffic noise at night.”

“I had a wonderful stay at Bursa Palas Hotel in Bursa, Turkey. What made our experience especially memorable was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They were **very, very helpful**, friendly, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the area, transportation, and places around the hotel. Location Location Location is Great. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and in a convenient location for exploring Bursa. We truly appreciated the hospitality and personal...

“The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable too.”

“Had a one stay night in the hotel and everything is so welcoming and cozy. Jacuzzi is available, staff is friendly and breakfast is delicious with lots of different options. Recommend!”
