“Nice one night stay.”

“Everything met our expectations.”

“Our room was severely damaged like it had been broken into. The main door did not close properly and the bathroom door handle was loose and did not lock. The couch was not as shown on the website and was a major downgrade. The hotel did not have a comparable room to change us to so we had to stay in that room. Very disappointing. That room should not be used until it is properly restored.”

“Very good”

“It's a nice place”

“Location is great. Breakfast variety is good. Bed seemed smaller than a queen. Bathroom very clean. Needs a bar for safety getting in and out of shower.”

“The hotel is a bit outdated. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very kind and courteous. The only amenities ( in room) was a bar of soap and hotel size shampoo/conditioner combination. We did not eat breakfast. Fruit, muffins, pastries. Did not have a hot tub.”

“Great breakfast. Clean well maintained rooms and pool/hot tub area. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and attractions.”

“Inspected the room upon check in. The bed sheets and spread were both stained. The carpet was severely stained. I requested a different room and was told that there was nothing else available due to...

“정말 아늑하고 편안한 여행이었습니다. 가족 여행에 적합합니다. ”

“Very good”

“Exterior door entry to room. Room had no carpeting, old beat-up furniture, poor flooring (don't walk barefoot) no hair dryer, no tissues, towels were old, no coffee/tea in room. Shower and vanity were nice. Overall, 1.5 out of 5 is a fair rating. Over-priced for quality. At another hotel next night, pd $10 more for what we would rate 4 of 5 and had everything missing from the Knights Inn.”
