I had a good experience with the self check-in, and I didn’t need any staff assistance for that. The staff were friendly, showed me around the property, and explained the rules. The rooms were clean, which was a positive. The location was also very convenient and close to everything, making it easy to get around. However, the shower room was very dirty and had a lot of flies, which made me feel that it had not been properly cleaned for several days. The small pool area also had dirty water and could have been maintained better. Overall, the staff were helpful and the location was great, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the shower room and pool definitely need improvement.

Ich fand es schade, dass die Sauna nicht in Betrieb war, so wie die Klimaanlage nicht eingeschaltet war. Nach einem langen Tag auf der Reise freut man sich auf eine Sauna, aber das Hotelpersonal war nicht anzutreffen.

1. 신축이고 위치 좋음. 청결 상태 양호함 2. 캡슐은 랜덤 배정인거 같은데, 2층 걸리면 상당히 불편함.. 3. 외국인 관광객 많아 보임(그냥 말 그대로~) 4. 다시 이용할 의향 있음
