The AC unit in my room was running really poorly. Other than that, the room was pretty clean and the location is great for shopping/eating around and 10 minutes to the nearest subway station.

The older lady who checked us in was so nice. She was like a grandma. There was a confusion about our reservation. In the end she gave us keys to the available rooms and we picked from there. The room had insufficient lighting. But it was spacious and comfortable. In the morning before checkout, everything shut off. I had to talk to housekeeping to turn everything back on. They were kicking us out earlier. And 30 minutes before checkout an older man called on the phone and screamed checkout! I mean why bother stating a checkout time if you’re going to kick out guests earlier anyway?

This property was good. The check in was difficult for the person didn’t speak English but she was friendly. The room was nice only thing it was full of mosquitos due to a broken window screen. No amenities and dark.

The male staff at night shift is so rude every time I asked for assistance. - Electrical outlets are not working. No one fix the issue. I have to bring the electric kettle at the lobby for me to be able to use it and boil water. I have to use an outlet in the lobby which is I have to set it on the floor and not on a table. - The toilet clogged and I have to use the plunger myself. Until I asked for more assistance, he grabbed a different tool to fix the problem. - The male staff got mad for having garbage inside their trash can in the room. I think that’s the purpose of a teach can is to place your garbage inside. I will never recommend not book at this hotel anymore. I will make sure that this kind of customer service will be heard by the entire world.

ラブホと書いてくれたら行かなかったのに。

ベッドメイキング毎日と書いてあったが、なかったので、二日目も同じタオルを使った。ゴミもそのまま。バスタオルもなかった。バスローブは誰かの化粧が付いたように汚れていた。空調が効かず暑かったのにエアコンが使えなかった。隣の音がずっと聞こえて夜寝れなかった。

便宜又好睡

有點偏遠，但附近有超市跟7-11，還可以 不過CHECK OUT的時候，裡面有一位老伯伯隨手拍了我的後背包，感覺不是很好，也不曉得他拍的用意是什麼 除了這個之外，大致上還不錯

THE STAFF, LOCATION AND CONDITION WERE EXCELLENT. FREE FLOW OF COFFEE AND MINERAL WATER 24 HOURS. ALTHOUGH BREAKFAST WAS SIMPLE AND COMMUNICATION A PROBLEM, FULLY RECOMMENDED. EVERYTHING YOU NEED AS A TOURIST IS WITHIN REACH. NAMPODONG IS THE AREA TO STAY.

惜しいところもあったけれど総じて納得

バスタブの蛇口の位置が悪い。（バスタブの奥に蛇口があるが、蛇口側は壁に埋め込まれているのでお湯を貼るのにバスタブの中に入っていかないと操作できない。） タオルはフェイスタオルが4枚あるが、バスタオルがない。(他施設でもそうだったのでこの地ではこれが普通か） ウォシュレットがない。 枕元側にコンセントがない。 せっかくPCが置いてあるのに電源が入らない。 竜頭山公園に向かう途中なので最後の10数メートルだけちょっと急坂。（ 南浦洞で遊んだ帰りは公園に通じるエスカレーターで上がってから下る、という方法もあるが） 清潔感は全く問題ない。 フロントの方はニコニコして丁寧。 スティックコーヒーが2本、水3本とオレンジジュース、サイダーが1本ずつ。 食べなかったがEV内の案内では朝食用にカップラーメンとパンが用意されている模様。   8階だったので港がほんのちょっとだけ覗けた。(あくまでビルの間にほんのちょっと）

チェックインしていきなり宿泊代請求され、ビックリしました。支払い済みと説明しても、納得してもらえず、ホテルの説明もせず、部屋まで来て、請求の事ばっかり、いい加減にして欲しかった、次の朝フロントに行って、確認取れましたか？聞いてみたらOKと、その前に謝罪は無いの？最低なホテルでした。

부산 대중교통이용한 가족여행

용두산 공원 바로 아래 있다 보니 호텔에 갈때 언덕을 올라가야하는 어려움이 있어요. 하지만 그 언덕을 내려오면 광복동 거리 국제시장 깡통시장 남포역등 용이하게 다닐 수 있었어요. 위치는 최상이었지만 부산의 특성상 도보로 언덕을 오가는게 좀 힘들었어요. 시설을 모텔을 개조한 호텔? 이어서 보통이었지만 직원들의 친절도는 최최상 입니다. 요청하는 것은 거의 해결해 주셨어요. 아침에 컵라면 토스트 커피 달걀을 무료로 제공해주셨습니다, 가성비 괜찮은 호텔이었어요.

용두산공원밑이라 조용하고 교통 연계성도 아주좋고시설또한 깨끗하고 좋으네요1박2일 에 짧은 여행이지만 계획했던남포맛집 국제시장 깡통시장 특히 야시장은 정말좋았구요 감천문화마을 송도해상케이블카 까지 다 보았습니다 아주만족한 여행이였습니다ㅎ

독특한 방, 넓은 욕조가 있어서 아이들과 놀기 좋았고 침대 주변에 거울이 있어서 조금 민망하기도하였지만 여러모로 좋은 점이 많았고 특히 부산타워 바로 앞인 점과 조금만 걸어가면 광복동 페션거리 그리고 먹자골목 깡통시장 국제시장을 섭렵하고 들어와 쉴 수 있는 최고의 위치에 있음요~!! 낮에 송도해상케이블 다녀왔는데 끝네주네요 그리고 광복동거리에서 여러 가지 구경하고 근처 큰집에서 식사하구요 부산타워(11시까지함) 다녀옴요 다음날 아이들이 소원하는 키자니아(부산) 갔다가 깡통시장과 국제시장을 돌아보고난후 산해갈비에서 저녁해결하고 집으로 가는 일정!!

The hotel is excellent but the location, at the top of a hill, means a bit of a trek to reach the main areas of interest near sea level. At least there is a escalator for coming back up the hill.
