"The hotel was beautiful. The lobby spacious and stunning. Very helpful lobby and reception staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. Some mould around the tiles in the bathroom. The maids were very friendly and obviously hard working. It’s a bit ridiculous to have to pay to use the hotel swimming pool (and more again to buy a swimming cap for the indoor pool). It cost £15 per person for use of the pool. Not worth it especially if you have a family to pay for."

"The location of this hotel is great, right next to the KTX station and many trains and buses. The view of the harbor is pretty. However, it is a very busy hotel and was a madhouse at times. One of 2 dryers was broken and the men's washroom was closed for the entire time we were there. Breakfast was good, though it was difficult for them to keep up with all the people. Coffee was very nice. Efficient set up with luggage storage before and after our stay."

"Great location and very courteous staff. My husband and I enjoyed staying at our ocean view room. After traveling for 2&1/2 weeks, it was helpful to have the laundry room at the hotel. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the pool or the sauna on the day we were free because they closed it for the maintenance. Overall, we were satisfied staying at Grand Josun."

"beautiful view of the beach from our lobby area checkin was below par but the girls were fine. overall good location, needs bigger signage of hotel out front. breakfast buffet was satisfactory."
