This hotel helps provide an authentically Korean experience with a touch of relaxation. Good location, right near the fish market. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I used the spa/bathhouse attached and it was very relaxing.

Front desk start was helpful from the moment we checked in and advising us where things were. Location was central to everything we wanted to see and do. We arrived via KTX from Seoul and was easy to take a metro ride to the hotel.

Room was spacious and has a nice big soaker tub. Location is steps away from Jalgachi station in a quieter area of Nampo, but within walking distance to all the Nampo actions. Convenient store just next door. We arrived around noon and were able to check in to our room a few hours early which was much appreciated.

We were lucky to have booked this hotel/spa. Didn't realize that the location was so central to the Night Market, BIFF Night Market, and Jalgachi Seafood Market. Staff was amazing and made sure we were ok everything we were leaving and coming back to the hotel. We were here during the insane heatwave that recently happened in Korea and their AC was top tier and kept us cool. Our Family Deluxe Balcony Room was roomy (which isn't always available in boutique hotels and spas). Would stay here again if visiting Busan.

Let’s start with the pros: really kind and helpful front desk, good location, shared balcony at the end of each floor that overlooks the harbor. Waters provided in mini fridge. Staff allowed us to leave our luggage with them after check out for a few hours before our outgoing train, and even suggested what time would be best to leave so we would not be late for our boarding time. Cons: bathtub plug was broken so we could not fill up to take a bath. Ended up going to the free sauna. If you’ve traveled in Japan, this is not the peaceful experience of those hotel spas. It is the neighborhood bath for the elderly. At least 20 grandmothers gawking from the moment I walked in, made me so uncomfortable that I left after 3 minutes. Overall, would recommend if you’re planning on being out most of the day and using the room to shower and sleep. Close to the subway, and quite literally a few minutes walk from a few major sights.

Great location- close to transport, shops, and Jagalchi market. Used the spa and scrub. Made a booking in advance but the ajumma was somehow not informed and because they barely can speak English, it became quite stressful and time wasted due to not being able to be serviced together.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this 3-star hotel, but it was nice. It was clean, fairly spacious (single, queen room), and it is absolutely close to attractions such as Jagalchi Market and Gukje Market. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The area immediately surrounding the hotel looks a bit sketchy though. It’s not like the bright, bustling markets nearby. It’s…quaint.
