The female staff was very friendly and helpful, the male was a little reserve but I think that was due to his lack of confidence to converse in English."

"Stayed in a room with a double and twin bed, the twin bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t have a proper blanket. Asked the staff for a blanket but they refused to give one. Didn’t even have proper towels or toiletries available…not worth the money. "
