"Booked this hotel because we wanted to use the pool since weather was very hot, once we got there they said pool is not ready!"

"Hotel generally very good but a few things would have improved our experience. Parking was very difficult on site. Our room had only paper cups to make hot drinks, only powdered milk and small tumblers for drinks. No shower gel so used our own Breakfast was really good, selection of fruit, yogurts, breads, cakes, cheese and eggs. Seemed to be lots to do for families. Had a 6 month old with us and it was a bit tricky to get bottles washed and sterilised. All in all a lovely experience"
