"Eventhough I had already fully paid for my room, they simply said they had no room availability left and sent me, without proper explanation nor communication to another hotel location with an unpleasant driver at 2am in the morning. Also, the room at the new hotel had a dirty towel on the sink."

"My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 20+ years. This was my first visit in a few years. The lobby update was gorgeous. But the pool couldn't be used, and I am positive I wouldn't have used it, as it was DIRTY. The only thing nice about the hot tub was that the water was hot. The water was really dirty, lots of floating things, and the bench seat scraped your skin as it needs to be resurfaced. Most of the employees at this hotel were amazing. The wait staff need more training. Our room was awesome. "

Parking was always available when we came back for the evening. Will definitely stay here again. Only wish it had a small pool for the kids to burn off some energy. "

"Front desk staff member was unfriendly a slightly rude during check in. Hotel is nice and clean. I had a king suite with separate bedroom. The tv was small for price of the room and the channel options are severely limited. No option to link to personal NetFlix or YouTube. Weight room was decent. Also, only two very small trash cans fit the size of the suite-odd. Might be a decent option during the Summer when you plan to spend less time in the room or hotel. "
