"I've stayed at this location three out of the four times I've been up to Anchorage. This was the leady of my favorite times staying at the this place. Here's my gripe with this experience. I received multiple texts & emails requesting I check in, I went ahead & checked in online. When I get there after 630p, the lady behind the counter is busy putting away the hotel keys, ok I'm patient no big deal. She proceeds to check me in again, I asked her why all the same questions when I thought I had checked in already. She tells me the electronic process doesn't work & she has to check me in at the desk. Whatever, moving on too tired to deal with it. Room looks good, all clean and I head to dinner at their lounge. Great service and decent food. Next morning I go to take a shower and no shower curtains, oh well I have to improvise. I head to the front desk after getting ready for my day. I tell the guy behind the counter that I need a shower curtain, I'll be back late so plenty of time. I asked him if my booking had free breakfast, I was sure it was, but you never know. He looked and sure enough there is, he gives me my vouchers and I get breakfast. I return late in the evening, go to my room and no shower curtain. At this point I am annoyed. Head back down for dinner & to let the person behind the counter know of the need. Of course there's a line of people that want to check in. I just left and dealt with it. Not a good experience when all I needed was a simple request."
