"Everything is amazing about this resort. It’s great for families with children of all age range. There’s plenty of food options for lunch breakfast and dinner. There’s plenty of snack bars around the resort. You can literally spend your entire stay without leaving the resort. "Multiple miscommunication, no service. Hotel was empty and extremely was overpriced, they wanted to charge us extra for our friend who showed up to surprise us $140 euro after we paid $450 for our room, then after discussing with management they refunded us for that. Arrived to broken jacuzzi had to be fixed. The facility views are beautiful but not luxury for the price. No milk when asked. Most workers did not speak english. Alot of spider webs in our bathroom. "Lovely, relaxed adults only hotel with a really chilled feel. Facilities were great, the rooms were very nice and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed our stay there. Will need a hire car to explore as it is out of town but that’s part of its charm. Would definitely recommend "
