Recepção pelo Luiz foi muito boa, mas o quarto é horrível. Cama pessima no apartamento 209, no máximo altura de no máximo 30cm, ridículo. Fiquei sem dormir e com dor nas costas. Além do mais há dois degraus para se chegar no banheiro, um incentivo incrivel para quem quer cair e ficar no hospital por um tempo. O lado bom foi o café da manhã, muito bom. Bem, não voltaremos porque aquele quarto sequer deveria ser usado para hospedar alguém, no máximo para depósito.

Não ocorreu preenchimento de ficha de hospedes no chekin, não localizou a reserva, tirou foto das identidades. Café da manhã razoável, produtos servidos na mesa geram economia para o hotel, entrega o pão aquecido, mas se demorar esfria rápido, variedades baixas. Não foi oferecido a wi-fi. Parece mais uma pousada, a razão social da empresa é PARADOR BUZIOS LTDA. Concierge não vi achei atendimento normal de qualquer pousada. No quarto, o chuveiro quente falhou no primeiro dia, depois que informamos no sábado, aumentaram a pressão do gás e resolveu. Não havia informação de higienização na privada, NÃO TEM---> Estacionamento grátis sem manobrista, é na rua, que é residencial e estreita. Acessibilidade para cadeiras de rodas pode ser nos quartos no térreo, no acesso a portaria NÃO TEM e área do café NÃO TEM. não fiquei com vontade de retornar a esta pousada. A caixa de elétrica no quarto está sem disjuntor.

Muito bom e petfriendly

Nosso quarto ficou ao lado da sala do motor, o que gerou barulho 24h.Mesmo com porta fechada, o barulho incomodava muito para ter uma boa noite de sono. A mesa da parte externa estava quebrada, com Pedaço de madeira e prego expostos, o que poderia levar a um acidente. TInham baratas no banheiro e no quarto. Uma das atendentes, ficou a tarde toda em video chamada no celular com outra mulher, com o telefone super alto, conversando em espanhol , sem se preocupar com hospedes e ambiente de trabalho. Quanto aos demais funcionarios, todos muito simpaticos e respeitando a questão pet friendly.E em relação a isso, eles são super. De verdade. Cafe da manhá muito bom, com sucos naturais.Voltaria com certeza, mas pediria um quarto longe da sala de maquina e longe da recepção.

Minha estadia foi excelente, café da manhã ótimo. Os funcionários muito simpáticos e solicitos. Uma observação, o local não possui estacionamento privado, carro fica na rua mas possui câmeras, é seguro, não tive problemas.

Os funcionários do Hotel são maravilhosos em especial a funcionária Ana Lúcia, gentil, atenciosa, e muitoooooo simpática. No entanto o Hotel peca quando informa em seu site que possui estacionamento e NÃO POSSUI, o carro fica estacionado na RUA! Esse fato nos aborreceu bastante, ter que deixar o carro na Rua. A sorte foi a funcionária Ana Lúcia que de tão gentil não deixou que esse aborrecimento abalasse nossa estadia em Búzios. No nosso entendimento o proprietário do Hotel deveria informar a real que o Hotel não tem estacionamento. Iria se hospedar quem não se preocupasse com carro parado na Rua.

Simplesmente PERFEITO

A acomodação tem o título de ''acolher'' e não é à toa. Quarto extremamente agradável, pousada silenciosa, uma cama ESPETÁCULAR e, pra completar um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já pude experimentar. O hotel é exatamente como é nas fotos e, ainda melhor. Uma experiência para quem quer relaxar. Voltarei com certeza.
