It was very nice, specially about Staff reception and kindness. Stephanie and Leia on reception were very nice with us, and Monica and her smile and good mood on every morning (besides the delicious breakfast). Então, reservei um quarto Família, pela foto tava ok , muito bom mas , me colocaram em um quarto deluxe que eles disseram que também atende como Família, comparando ao quarto Família do meu cunhado que também estava na pousada realmente o que fiquei foi muito inferior , Ficou apertado com mais uma cama, a porta do armário nem abre direito. Vou ficar mais atento da próxima vez ! Tirando isso o pessoal foi muito atencioso.

Boas instalações, quarto muito limpo, e colaboradores muito atenciosos. Café da manhã deixou a desejar, pouca variedade. As dimensões da cama também gerou algum desconforto, parecia menor que o tamanho padrão "cama de casal". Localização excelente para quem prefere mais sossego. Boa estrutura na praia com atendimento do restaurante, facilita bastante. Senti falta das tendas na areia que tinha antigamente, que hoje em dia foram substituídas por barracas de sol convencionais.

Recomendamos muito.

No geral foi muito boa, o atendimento dos funcionarios "internos" da pousada são extremamente educados e bem preparados. Agora os funcionários externos "praia" totalmente despreparados e sem educação, contando com a desorganização quando a praia esta cheia. Os funcionários do bar também são de um preparo e de uma educação de excelência, contando com a boa comida. No mais limpeza, conforto, café da manhã e comida da própria pousada são de primeira qualidade. Ficamos no quarto 01, vou dar uma dica, se você for com crianças ou para descanso não aconselho, pois além dele ficar com a janela do lado do bar, fica muito perto da recepção, e lógico que existem aqueles hóspedes sem noção, sem desconfiômetro e sem educação. Tirando isso anamos a pousada.
