A estadia foi boa porem a suite master Amancay estava com a cama de casal em pessimas condicoes. Uniram duas camas porem um colchao estava quebrado e mais baixo que o outro trazendo desconforto ao deitar na cama.

Confortável, apartamento grande, tem varanda, arrumação o dia inteiro (caso precise). Café da manhã compatível, a piscina tem uma vista linda. Tem serviço na piscina, massagem (paga a parte). Faltou um play , para quem vai com criança. Quem tem problema para subir escada tbem é complicado. Fui com meus 2 filhos pequenos e aproveitamos bem.

Foi boa! O quarto confortável ! A banheira do quarto naonestava esquentando muito mas deu pra aproveitar. A tv boa... era smart... pude conectar a cta do netflix... o cafe da manhã foi bom, tinha o trivial, só naongostei do horario, iniciava as 8h. A recepcionista que nos atendeu muito simpática. Porém o local informa no anúncio que tem academia e chegando lá não tem academia e a moça me informou que não tem a mais de 1 ano. Me senti lesada. Café da manhã somente após as 8:00 da manhã, se vc tem um compromisso ou passeio mais cedo perde o cafe, estrutura não e legal infelizmente.

Estadia razoável. Devido a goteira no teto a queimou tv, . Não tem lixeira no quarto. Ao entrarmos no quarto após o checkin a tv estava em cima da cama e o quarto super quente. PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA

Tive uma péssima experiência. Mudei de quarto três vezes pois ora o ar condicionado não funcionava, ora o ventilador de teto não funcionava. A Sauna não esquenta de jeito nenhum. Tampouco a Jacuzzi: fria Fotografei vários focos de dengue com água parada. A manutenção dos jardins é sofrível. O Hotel é precisa de muita manutenção. A maçaneta do banheiro saiu na minha mão. Porta do banheiro não fechava. A comida do restaurante é péssima. A Pizza "incomível". Meus netos comeram um hambúrguer a noite e no dia seguinte passaram vomitando.Tiveram uma intoxicação. E por aí vai. É uma armadilha. Alguns dos funcionários são atenciosos, mas outros sao extremamente mal educados ... para ser justa.

Opção para relaxar em local mais isolado.

O local é agradável, com bastante vegetação, mas está necessitando de reparos e limpeza. Imagino que, quando foi construída, a pousada era muito agradável, mas está com um certo ar decadente e com poucos funcionários. O atendimento não é excelente, mas adequado. A localização proporciona uma vista fantástica e isolamento, mas dificulta a ida à praia. Existe uma van da pousada que leva e busca os hóspedes, porém, nesta época, em apenas um horário, o que dificulta sua utilização. Também há van que leva ao centro (muito longe) à noite, mas sai muito tarde e sobra pouco tempo para passear na rua das pedras. Como nos hospedamos outros dias perto do centro, não chegou a ser um problema. O café da manhã é bem variado e tomamos em um terracinho muito gostoso, com vista pro mar e mato. A internet funciona bem.
