Um dos quartos era bem menor, mas nos atendeu bem, estava tudo limpo, o café foi bem servido, o atendimento foi ótimo e sempre esclarecedor, estacionamos na rua em frente a pousada, é bem na rua das pedras, fizemos tudo praticamente a pé.

Me hospedei do dia 2/10 a 5/10 e preciso relatar algumas experiências. O quarto com um cheiro absurdo de mofo. A descarga que funciona quando quer e tem que ficar segurando por um tempo pra conseguir descer as coisas. O primeiro dia de cafe da manhã as coisas estavam frescas e boas. No entanto, no dia 3 e 4 comemos coisas com aparência já não tão boa assim. Dia 5 que chegaram mais hóspedes, o café da manhã foi diferenciado, coisas frescas e mais opções. A recepção na parte da manhã em sua boa parte fica vazia, pois aparentemente a recepcionista Elizângela faz inúmeras funções e não dá conta de ficar somente na recepção.

A pousada fica numa rua sossegada e próximo da Rua das Pedras, conseguimos parar o carro em frente onde cobram rotativo, mas tinha vaga. O quarto era pequeno, mas aconchegante. No todo, a pousada vale pelo custo x benefício, mas tivemos um problema pontual na estadia: Eu e minha namorada chegamos na pousada e fomos informados que o café era dividido em dois grupos, sendo um de 8h - 9h e outro de 9h às 10h. Escolhemos o horário de 8h às 9h, pois nos programamos para ir à um passeio. Ocorre que quando chegamos para o café às 8h não havia nem um funcionário, recepção fechada e nada de café da manhã. Todos os hóspedes aguardando pelo café. Chegou uma funcionária às 8:30 com várias sacolas de pão dizendo que iria começar a preparar o café, pois outra funcionária os deixou na mão. Enquanto isso fui tomar banho e a água acabou no meio do banho. Tive que ir para outro quarto terminar de tomar o banho, mas a água acabou lá também. Por fim, fomos tomar café às 9:30 e não tinha lugar para sentar já que juntou os dois grupos para tomar o café que atrasou. Tomamos café em pé! Percebi que a funcionária Elisangela e o funcionário João fizeram o possível para nos atender bem, mas infelizmente perdemos nosso passeio devido a esses transtornos uma vez que não tínhamos como sair sem tomar café e sem tomar banho. Quando fui me arrumar para sair à tarde, a água acabou novamente no meio do banho e tive que ir novamente para outro quarto terminar. Tinha tudo para ser tranquilo, mas não foi.

Pontos positivos: check in antecipado, estacionamento na rua e tranquilidade na região, chuveiro com ducha forte e água quente, quartos no térreo (sem necessidade de subir escada), apesar das instalações serem simples e antiga. Pontos negativos: Mal cheiro no corredor, divergência entre as informações da recepção e cartilha do hóspede, ausência de informações sobre WI-FI, e o assunto principal seria o café da manhã que foi um episódio à parte. Horário do café - 8h? 8h30min? Fato é que não havia um funcionário para orientar os hóspedes. É sobre o café ainda… a funcionária (recepção) chegou às 8h32min com diversas sacolas de mercado, informando que a funcionária que prepararia o café deixou a “equipe na mão” e ela ia preparar o café “agora”. Bem, não sabemos como foi o desenrolar pois decidimos tomar café em outro lugar, o que em TESE é oferecido pelo hotel. No checkout a funcionária, Elisangela, nos orienta a relatar o “show de horrores” que põe em check a credibilidade do hotel. Participamos da realidade do local, quanto os atrasos de funcionários e agressões físicas…. Bem, não recomendo, pois a realidade das imagens não corresponde quando chegamos ao hotel. Parece aquele quadro do fantástico “Fato x Fake”
