O quarto é espaçoso e confortável, os atendentes educados, o café da manhã bom, perto da rua das pedras, facilitou bastante nossa estadia, o cheiro de mofo no quarto incomodou um pouquinho, e os que são mais próximos da rua são mais barulhentos, mais a pousada no geral é aconchegante, valeu a pena!

Quarto espaçoso , banheiro grande , sendo que o box pra tomar banho muito pequeno , cabe muito mal uma pessoa ,não fizeram serviço de quarto ... café da manhã ótimo e bom atendimento das meninas , lado ruim é que não tem estacionamento , onde você parar na rua tem que pagar , mas de resto recomendo , é ótima a localização

O café da manhã era muito ruim, o suco Tang, isso poderia melhorar. O hotel é legal e super bem localizado, mas a falta de estacionamento e o café da manhã muito a quem, deixam a desejar.

A água do chuveiro demorava muito para esquentar e não tinha ducha no banheiro. A pousada poderia fazer parceria com os estacionamentos ao redor o que facilitaria a estadia dos hóspedes. O café da manhã estava bem limitado, o que deixou um pouco a desejar.

Experiência ruim.

Quarto cheio de mosquitos. A pousada não tinha SPB. Boxe minúsculo e sujo. Chuveiro (boiler) não aquecia. Reclamei diversas vezes, até descobrir que o boiler só aquece a 48 graus e estava, pasmem, 28. Café da manhã pobre, margarina em vez de manteiga, servida num copinho de café descartável, uma fatia de queijo por pessoa, dividida ao meio. E não esqueçam de informar que querem a arrumação do quarto (a pousada não vai te lembrar), aí já viu, nem o papel do banheiro vai ser retirado. Enfim, a experiência foi bem ruim.

A pousada não atende o telefone, me venderam um quarto com cama de casal e quando eu cheguei eram duas camas se solteiro. Totalmente diferente das fotos do anúncio. A pessoa que nos recepcionou disse que poderia fazer nada e que eu tinha que reclamar com ele. Sem falar do café da manhã que é um fiasco.

A pousada é bem localizada, porém , sem estacionamento. Estacionamento é uma facilidade e conforto para nós hospedes. Está escrito no site que não tem estacionamento, porém, os estacionamentos no entorno são caros. Atendimento mediano. quando chegamos o primeiro atendente foi simpático, porém, os demais nada simpáticos. Não há flexibilidade em nada na pousada, por exemplo, eu pedi para trocar o ovo mexido, do café da manha, por ovo frito e a atendente, muito rapidamente, disse que não era possível. qual o diferença em gasto, ou preparo para troca do ovo? os pães são servidos frios (amanhecidos). Pedi um copo de vidro e rapidamente o atendente disse que não era possível. A Limpeza é boa.

Acessos ao andar de cima impróprios para idosos com escada estreita não havia quem pudesse subir com as malas portaria 24 horas mas chegando 4 horas da manhã tive que fazer um esforço para abrir o portão pois ninguém atendia café da manhã limitado sem alimento para pessoas que precisam consumir alimentos saudáveis cheguei 10 horas e não havia mais pão

la struttura e' carina e molto vicina al centro di Buzios percio' comoda per gli spostamenti ma e' assolutamente carente dei servizi indicati: wifi quasi inutilizzabile, piscina piccolissima e all'entrata della pousada, sala colazione attrezzata nel passaggio all'aperto per le camere, acqua calda che viene e non viene e solo nella doccia, nel lavandino c'e' solo acqua fredda, televisione con 4 canali brasiliani; tutto questo contribuisce anche a non facilitare il lavoro degli addetti al ricevimento, peraltro tutti molto gentili. le camere che danno sulla strada sono molto rumorose, meglio quelle sul lato o dietro. non c'e' possibilita' di mangiare oltre la colazione che non e' a buffet ma viene servita al tavolo sempre la stessa tutti i giorni. nel complesso se ristrutturata nei servizi potrebbe essere un posto da consigliare per la vicinanza al paese.

Excelente atendimento e ótima localização!

Logo na chegada o atendente foi super prestativo e gentil. Pousada e quarto super limpos. O café da manhã, apesar de simples, foi muito saboroso e equilibrado. A localização da pousada é excelente ficando a poucos metros da rua das Pedras.

Close to restaurants

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Rua das Pedras, which is where all the good restaurants are. They don't have parking but there is one two blocks away that you have to pay in cash for and is guarded at night. The breakfast ladies at the hotel are awesome and the reception guys helpful and have a good attitude! We stayed two nights during Carnaval week. Lots of mosquitos in the room though!
