The passing traffic in the morning can be quite noisy at times but nothing terrible at all. The lady who owns the property has obviously put a lot of thought into little extras and items you might find useful when staying away from home, which were greatly appreciated. “A good stay on a lovely estate. The lidge was adequate for our needs and the dig lived the walks and the exercise field. Bedrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. Note. There is no washing machine and the on site pub isnt trading. ”

Not the right time to attempt to convey information and instructions as we unpacked from the car. “We had a lovely stay at Kingfisher cottage. The grounds of Maesgwynne Mansions (on which this small courtyard of cottages is situated) are lovely; this time of year flowering rhododendrons are a highlight, and a walk around took us past the fishing lake and neighbouring fields with various farm animals. There are fabulous views, and the outdoor swimming pool had a cover enabling us to use it even in early May. very peaceful & highly recommended.”
