“Great property with helpful staff and a fab food hall. We’d certainly stay again.”

“Very clean, in fact cleaning staff were the best. Receptionist not very nice and not very flexible,”

“Hotel was lovely. We have stayed now in both Riverside and Old Town. We were upgraded on arrival too which was a lovely treat. Only thing I would say is that the spa area is not very relaxing as was full of children shouting/splashing/jumping in the pool. There is only 1 hour a day of adult only time. We really wanted to have a treatment and enjoy a few hours in the spa area on the last day but felt it was a waste of money to have the treatment when the rest of the spa area could not be...

“It was good not great. The front desk employees were very friendly. The area is quite industrial”
