"Everything was great "

"Parking was secure but not easy to get it the elevator did not work. The rooms had no working AC there was very little towels given and they wanted to up charge for a towel I had to put on the floor to not slip due to no bathroom mats provided. Horrible customer service. They allow guests to make noise all hours of the night was hard to get sleep. Pictures are not what you get at all "

"The AC from the room. It didn’t work at all and they took Forever to bring a staff to fix it and he took is like 30 minutes to exit the facility because they didn’t have no staff for the parking lot. "

"We arrived after 12am and there was no issues, fast check in (less than 5min), kind staff. OMG the beds and pillows were so comfortable, I KO immediately! Loved the place, will be going back again."
