"Hotel is centrally located and has big rooms. Indoor pool was in need of maintenance, but the kids didn't seem to mind. Overall a good option and nice place to stay."

"I had never stayed here before and I never will again. The room had filthy carpet, there was mold in the shower stall and there was hair on the drain. There was a hole in the bathroom wall over the door that was patched with toilet paper. When we got back from dinner there was a terrible sewer smell in the lobby and it smelled just as bad in our room on the second floor. We tried calling the front desk from the phone in our room and from the cell phone and no one ever answered. By this time it was almost 11 and we were too tired to try to find another place to go. The outside was littered with soft drink bottles and paper. I don’t recommend this place at all. "

"I want to start by saying these stars are truly for the staff. If it weren’t for them during such a difficult time, I would honestly give this place zero stars. The staff was amazing—kind, patient, and very helpful when I needed it most. That being said, the condition of the hotel is very disappointing. For a location so close to the hospital, I expected much better. The door locks didn’t feel secure, the rooms looked like they were falling apart, and there were people hanging around outside in a way that made the environment feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I only stayed here because I needed something last-minute near a family member in the hospital, and the location was convenient for that. However, I would not personally choose to stay here again. This place has potential because of its location, but it really needs serious cleaning, repairs, and overall improvements. Again, I truly appreciate the staff—they were the best part of my stay."
