“Andrea’s establishment is clean and quiet. Tucked away from the crowds which is nice. He was very friendly and amenable, provided me with suggestions for restaurants upon request.”

“Siamo rimasti molto contenti . Grazieeee”

“Great location, very good breakfast. Clean suite and quiet at night”

“Excellent location, very close to Piazza San Marcos!!”

Can’t recommend enough!”

“It’s not a hotel ! It’s one flat in a building that they converted to 4 suites. No lobby, you have to contact them to come open the door and give you instructions on how to access. Well decorated suites, but no privacy at all, basically, you are sharing one room in a house with 3 other rooms. One person’s review saying the breakfast in the room was great??? No room service, no breakfast , no person to serve you anything. Room only to sleep and take shower and go.”

“Our stay at this bed and breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Paolo and his wife provided world-class service from beginning to end. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful. They always answered my phone calls and texts quickly and took the time to answer every question I had. The room was perfect—beautifully decorated with a lovely European style, extremely clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The breakfast was fantastic! There were so...
