Great location & Inexpensive hotel.
When we arrived, the front desk couldn’t find our reservations and after asking her manager, we had to provide them with a copy. We were finally given a room. The room was a bit small and only had 1 outlet available. Luckily we brought a power strip as we had to charge our electronics. Overall, Our stay was average. Great location and inexpensive.

Room Was Fairly okay
Almost everybody knows Sogo reputation. If you don't care about the stare of people who see you enter or leave the place and details in the room that would suggest what it was made for; the stay would be a good value for your money. The best part for me is that the hot shower is working.

hassle free and the room was okay
The hotel obviously had a reputation for something. I chose to stay anyway for a business trip, its the only place where I can redeem my free nights in the area. I lowered my expectation because of the bad reviews I've read. The stay was hassle free and the room was okay, if you don't really care about minor stuff.

Guests not allowed to retain room key: poor WiFi speed. Bathroom prone to flooding. Bathroom floor slippery when wet and dangerous.

Staff very helpful and location very good. Only room internet slow? I will make a reservation again for December 2019.

Nothing to get excited about, Damp in room, They won’t give you keys to your room because their isn’t any as I witnessed you can use a coin to open door so your belongings isn’t particularly safe even thou they have a safe in the room. Overall disappointed

Its quitegood to stay here its my 3rd time actually and the staff is very accomodating😊😊😊 some of the food they served it so oily. But overall is great..😊😊😊 i will surely visit here again.

The staff were rude, there room was not sound-proof and the dust and dirt of the rooms were hidden behind the head boards of the beds.

Booked for 4 nights.Got there at 5pm to find out room wasn't ready. suppose check out was on the 26th got to the hotel on the 25th to find out that my room was gone just because I've put my luggage at my aunt's house as the room is only big enough for toddlers. Sogo is a scammer hotel.

Reception staff are disorganised. I stayed in the hotel every week for over a month and I always book my stay ahead of time, everytime I got to the hotel the room is not ready, they are having a hard time verifying my booking as well, I wonder if they do not have an organised record of their guests. Last time I booked for 2 nights 2 days stay, on my second night while I am resting they call me just to asked me if I will extend, I mean come on? Dont you really have a record people that you should check before you call and disturb your guest.. Management should make a lot of improvement when it comes to your staff.

The Aircon was blowing warm air, when you sit in on toilet your head hits the wall, I reserved a Delux room and was sold and given a Premium, it's prices are low, but next time I will stay someplace else...

近くにショッピングモール有り
隣にジョルビー、歩いてすぐにセブン-イレブン、3分ほど歩くとショッピングモールが有り! 冷蔵庫がなかったのが残念です。値段的には満足できました!

Disaster!
The room I booked and prepaid was taken from other customer. They barely find other type of room. The pictures from internet site of the hotel dont match what you really get / bed size and etc./. The ventilation in the hotel is not operational. The smell of mold was awful. The level of hygiene was unbearable. In matter of fact the hotel is more brothel than hotel /everyone can see rates per hour for rooms/. I will never get in close proximity of this place ever more.

現地に行ったら、予約の完了確認ができず再度予約を行い、料金を支払うことになった。ホテルドットコムに電話して、再度確認してもらったが解決せず。国際電話料金は掛かるし、良い感想はない。ホテルの部屋はこんなもんだと思う。ホテルドットコムは利用したくない。
