โWe had a truly lovely stay at this charming guesthouse. The owner and her husband are without a doubt the sweetest people we met during our trip. On the morning of our departure, her husband even offered, completely on his own initiative, to drive us to the ferry. That level of kindness and hospitality is rare these days and deserves to be recognized.
The place itself is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. Thereโs a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout, with a beautiful common area...
โThis is a beautiful property that opened 10 days before we stayed, so they were still working out little issues. The staff was very solicitous and the wine tasting in the cave was a really nice experience. The pool for the main rooms is indoor and lovely. The VIP rooms have their own small pools. The breakfast on the terrace was lovely. There is no outdoor pool, bar or restaurant. โ

โAppartamento vista mare con una bellissima terrazza da cui ci siamo goduti il tramonto su Faial. Arredato con gusto e moderno, molto piacevole e comodo anche per la posizione vicino a Madalena e alle vigne. Simpaticissima la signora alla reception che ci ha dato consigli x visita e ristoranti. Ristorante per cena e colazione nella struttura favoloso e raffinato. Consiglio assolutamente. Migliorabile la pulizia โ
โExcellent hotel in the center of the town. Rooms are rather small but okay. The lighting is not very bright. Equipment of the rooms are according to 4 star hotels. Excellent breakfast. Parking is available but it is better to have a small car. We would return anytime.โ
โSehr zuvorkommende Verantwortlicher der Reception, der sich nach unserer Flugstreichung den Kurzaufenthalt ausserplanmรคssig perfekt arrangierte. Dies insbesondere da die Gesamtflexibiltรคt der Mitarbeitenden nicht gegeben war. Etwas kleines Essen organisierte uns der besorgte Mitarbeiter gegen das โsehr straffe militรคrischeโ Regime. Das Hotel ist wunderschรถn und fรผr einen entspannenden Urlaub in der Natur, weit ab vom Tourismus perfekt! โ
โWir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Horta. Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

โHouse is in quiet place, full of nature. I received a really big house, fine in the appearance, very clean and completely fournished. Comfort was at top and all was working perfectly. Also garden an swimming pool were very good.
Host was really polite and full of attention, providing an appetizing breakfast. If obly also some vegetables had been added, no possibility of improvement woulf have left!
Perhaps a car to reach is needed, but it is strongly recommended for a comfortably full immersion...
โWonderful studio that overcame our expectations. Perfectly situated one step to the church and the ferry terminal. Madalena as such isnโt spectacular, but a lovely little community. Very kind manager, easy to reach, no probs! Very pleased that it gave the possibility not to change towels every day and not to clean every day - eco responsible!โ
