"Great location, gorgeous decor, lovely apartments - the little pool and communal area beside it is very cute and very well presented with an egg chair. There's board game etc. A gem of a place in faro. Free on street parking around so that's also convenient with the ability to off load luggage right outside before finding a parking spot. Beware - please don't eat at the restaurant (Adega nova) a few doors down that hotel reception recommend for Portuguese food - it's the worst meal we had in Portugal with the worst service - they couldn't be bothered to help with the menu despite standing around doing nothing - one said they didn't know the menu and couldn't help! The grilled sea food had no flavour was raw or burnt in sections and didn't even come with a slice of lemon to make it palatable. The squid was rubbery. We couldn't eat it. Complete waste of money."

"Super clean, great location. Rooms were lovely. The pool was often busy but never short on sunbeds. A few time a group of guys got a little rowdy but staff did intervene and ask them to calm down. The internet was a little annoying as it knocked you off all the time and the air con in the room was so difficult to get to a nice temp. Either to hit or too cold. Staff were really helpful."

"Beautiful, well maintained resort! We are a family of 4, we stayed in double room with a valley view. Bathroom was a large spa-like space. My kids enjoyed the pool and snacks from the pool bar. We played two round of golf on the property course. Easy drive to the marina and beaches!"

"Incredible property. Stunning beach with amazing lounge chairs— with availability even during peak season. Amazing breakfast. Fantastic restaurant/bar for lunch in the beach. Only downside was inconsistent and almost non-functioning housekeeping in hotel."

"Overall, this is a good hotel with excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is the highlight of the resort. There are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast is very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Reception staff are polite, but there are not enough of them during busy periods, resulting in long waits. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, as the beds are not always cleaned or made to a good standard. Unfortunately, a power bank was reported missing from one of our rooms during the stay, which was disappointing. The staff could also be more friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay, but improvements in these areas would make the experience even better."
