The staff extremely cordial and attentive from the moment I stepped into the property,the restaurant staff was just as attentive prompt. The Hacienda has a rustic touch with a modern aproach, only five minutes outside of Izamal which makes it a perfect location. "The hotel itself is nice but and the rooms are clean but they need upgrades, especially in the bathrooms. What was really disappointing what the quality of the food. We had dinner at the hotel arrived, and the food was terrible and the prices were outrageous. Not recommended at all the service at the restaurant was also not great considering there was nobody in the restaurant, my son had to go over to get their attention to have a water refill. For the price of the room, you can definitely get a nicer place in Merida with a delicious breakfast included in the price."
