The experience with staff and facilities was very good overall. The front desk and restaurant employees were excellent. The resort is very quiet and one might feel as if you have the place almost to yourself. There was a couple of downsides, that one might expect. You are in the jungle and there may very well be bugs (read spiders). They assured us that none are harmful. The bathrooms somehow are aging worse than the rest of the rooms. They should not have painted the showers etc as this has led to mold, at least in our case. All that said, for the price, the hotel is excellent, in general. We thank the staff for their kind attention during our stay.

The staff was great. They offered us bananas ans coconut water from the trees. The pool was anazing! We used it at night with the stars and in the early morning . It was 102 degree day so we limited outdoor activies to morning. The air was a lttle slow to cool. But it did get cool. The extreme heat was probably the problem. But we loved the place!

Hotel was dirty, the shower area had mold. They did not have someone clean the rooms daily either. The batteries on the controllers did not work and the room I was given smelled like cigarettes

check in nocturno y mucha iluminacion en la hab.

mi llegada al hotel fue muy tarde casi a media noche, sin embargo me estaban esperando para realizar el check in, se me asigno una habitacion pero no funciono el minisplit, por lo que se me cambio a otra habitacion, para esto eran casi la 1:00 am, cuando por fin pude descansar, sin embargo, entra mucha luz por el tipo de cortinas que tiene, es mas obscuro en el dia, porque las plantas del jardin generan sombra, contrariamente en la noche, ya que las lamparas del jardin iluminan las paredes y no hay forma de obscurecer la habitacion, otro punto en contra, son las almohadas muy delgadas, que termine usando los cojines de la sala para tener mas apoyo en el cuello

Recomendada para pasar la estancia, cuarto amplio, alberca bonita, comida muy rica. Solo detalles con la regadera porque el agua se estanca y pues el internet que falla. Pero todo lo demás excelente.

No tenían personal para atender el restaurante del lugar, mi desayuno tardo 45 min un plato de huevos revueltos y un café, el mismo chico que estaba en recepción estaba cocinando y la misma persona que daba medio limpieza en habitaciones estaba en la cocina, es muy desagradable esperar tanto tiempo y darte cuenta que solo había 3 o 4 empleados para dar servicio en ese hotel, es de muy mal gusto

Es un lugar excelente para relajarse y olvidarse del bullicio de las grandes ciudades. Tiene una alberca increíble en forma de cenote. Seguramente regresaré y la recomiendo ampliamente.

el lugar es muy agradable, sobre todo la alberca y la comida. Arreglar un poco mas los detalles de las habitaciones que son amplias y cómodas pero unas mejores cortinas, arreglar la puertas ya que no cierran bien, y detalles de decoración. Por lo demás el lugar es para repetirlo.

Lugar muy bello y tranquilo. Excelentes condiciones, mucha y variada vegetación. Excelente para descansar unos días. Solamente es muy oscuro en las áreas de acceso a las villas por las noches. hay que usar la lámpara del celular. Pero por lo demás, con gusto regresaría!
