"We showed up late; we were a mess when we got there. The food was exceptional; everyone was unbelievably kind. If all of the people that work there aren't one family, then I'm shocked because they all acted as if they were one. "Hotel is decorated beautifully, all still very new. Located just on the edge of town but walkable into the centre in 10 minutes. The spa area is very nice, especially after a days hiking but would be helpful to know upfront that there is a €25 charge per person for 2 hours to use this. "
