I chose a room with my own bathroom and the bathroom was so nice, rained shower, beautiful little balcony with a lovely view of mountains. Very walkable to the rest of what I needed in town. The staff were so helpful at check in. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice property in a wonderful location. Easy access from car at entrance and from garage, sorry sometimes this is important if you travel with a lot of luggage. Valentino, front desk at night was super helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Would say they delivered exactly what I would expect at this price point.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Serena. We’ve appreciated position, immediately outside from the city center but at walking distance, breakfast and hotel restaurant. I’ll definitely come back and I really recommend it both for families and group of friends!
