“Cet établissement s’appelle Hôtel mais n’est pas un hôtel. Ce sont des chambres d’hôtes. Il faut réserver un créneau horaire pour récupérer la chambre. Et par téléphone seulement. Très pratique quand on ne parle pas italien. Aucun arrangement possible, contrairement à d’autres établissements de ce type (clavier à code par exemple). Réservation perdue car le super hôte n’a pas voulu déroger de 15mn l’heure d’arrivée maximale (21h).”

“Everything was perfect, we stayed in room 1, and the lock is broken so we were stuck inside our room for at least 2 hours. We tried calling and messaging the owner of the property but they did not answer. The cleaning lady was amazing, she was so kind and made sure our room was spotless after.”

We missed that e-mail and didn't realize until standing outside the door that this hotel is only a corridor with a few rooms without a lobby / front desk. If you haven't followed the instructions beforehand you cannot enter. Eventually we were able to get support via telephone and could enter the building. “Abbiamo trascorso una notte, la camera e la struttura sono state completamente ristrutturate con gusto. Top per vicinanza alle vie principali di ristorazione, shopping e stazione del treno. Consigliato per chi vuole un appoggio a Cagliari, un pò meno per chi vuole frequentare anche le spiagge della zona, non essendoci un terrazzo dove poter stendere i teli da mare e costumi da bagno.”

“Vi betalade nästan 30 euro extra för frukost. Sen på morgonen fick vi skriva meddelanden till dem i en hel timma innan vi fick ett frukostkort levererat till oss. Det stod inget på deras hemsida om att man skulle gå och äta frukost på ett café en bit bort. Väl där fick man en kaffe och croissant. Jag kunde inte äta något av det och fick köpa egen frukost. Fruktansvärt dåligt också att man får vänta till kl 10 med ett få frukostkortet när vi hade planerat att äta senast kl 9 för att kunna lämna...
