I had such a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, so close to a lot of shopping and restaurants and also close to public transport. Easy to access the beach by bus! Daniela and Guido were great hosts. They made sure to check in with me every so often and ask if there was anything I needed. Would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back!

Although there was public parking just by the spot there was non available in the time I was there , as with most of Cagliari parking is very hard . It is probably better to state no parking nearby

bonne adresse

Très bien situé à proximité du centre historique. Accueil sympathique. Chambre simple mais confortable avec un grand lit. Le petit déjeuner est un plus appréciable.

B&B Agnese is a very nice place to stay in Cagliari. Excellent location, close to the center, good parking. The room very clean and nice decorated. The hosts, Guido and Daniela did everything to make us feel at home. They are very friendly and gave us a lot of info about places to see around. We would like to return there one day. nice and cozy bussines stay location

I needed place to stay in Cagliari for the conference here. Location is great, walking distance from central station, close to the old city quarter. the place is nice, secure and very cozy, if you like you can use fully equipped kitchen as well in addition to eating in nearby places.

Fint sentralt sted

Flott lokalisert. Nær gamlebyen, kun noen minutter til fots. Verten meget hyggelig og hjelpsom. Stirt rom med nydelig bad med meget god dusj. Sikker og god parkering på låst onråde. Frokost lager verten eller man kan ta den på cafeen oppe i gaten. Eneste minus var at man måtte drasse på stort nøkkelknippe da man låser seg selv inn og ut.

Tolles B&B mit unkompliziertem Gastgeber

Wir waren mit zwei Motorräder unterwegs, beim B&B konnten wir die Motorräder in einem abgesperrten Innenhof parkieren. Der Eigentümer/Betreiber des B&B ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, er konnte uns noch einige Tipps zur Stadt geben. Das B&B liegt in Gehdistanz zu vielen Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten und ist trotzdem nicht in der verkehrsmässig betrachteten chaotischen Mitte des Stadtzentrums. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, könnte vielleicht mit frischem Gebäck noch aufgewertet werden. Wir konnten uns in der Küche selbstständig bedienen, da sonst niemand zu Hause war. Wir würden das B&B wieder buchen.

Bel endroit et très bon accueil

Très bon accueil de Guido. Nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement car notre chambre était indisponible au dernier moment. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Guido fait le maximum pour nous faire passer un bon séjour. Nous recommandons !

Lovely B and B with great hosts

The B and B is close to local sites of interest and the city centre bars and restaurants. It’s full of character and we had a comfy bed, great shower and much needed air con. We arranged for airport pick up which was great and Guido and his wife Daniela came to greet us and then gave us coffee and cake and lots of advice on things to do and maps. Our Italian isn’t up to much, but with a mixture of Italian, French and English we got by. We chose to have breakfast at the B and B, but there is the option to eat at nearby cafes included in the price. Guido supplied us with lots of delicious breakfast options including gluten free ones for me. There was always fresh homemade cake available which went down very well with my partner. We also got to meet other guests from other parts of the world but could also come and go as we pleased and had plenty of privacy too. When we sadly had to travel to the airport to come home Guido took us for a coffee at a local bar on the way. We had a great holiday and it was so much more fun than staying in a faceless hotel. Highly recommended.

Clean, well located B&B with fabulous hosts

I cannot speak highly enough of B&B Agnese. I stayed at the location on Via Merello, which is a beautiful, tree-lined street within walking distance to pretty much everything, but far enough to be quiet at night. If you don't like walking, there's also a convenient bus. On the same street there's an excellent cafe/restaurant, Dispensa, where you have vouchers for breakfast (unless you opt to have the hosts bring specific foods to the B&B). Dispensa is also very good for lunch and dinner. The room was spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean, and so was the bathroom. The hosts provided a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. They even took me and two other guests for breakfast on the beach! Everything was a real treat. I would go back there in a heartbeat. This is the perfect place if you are in Cagliari for business, conferences, a relaxing vacation, and if you prefer to stay a bit away from the noisy night life.

Fabulous hosts

Our hosts were amazing. Very helpful and even took us out to breakfast by a beach showing us points of interest along the way. Our room was clean and comfortable. Close to all amenities. We shared English and Italian lessons and had lots of laughs.

A good place to stay when in Cagliari, Sardinia

The B&B Agnese is an apartment in the heart of Cagliari, a great location and very comfortable and clean. Our hosts greeted us with coffee and homemade cake as we checked in. What a treat and what a nice welcome. We were able to arrange transportation to the airport the next morning.

Good, comfortable, a bit away from the center

Nice people, comfortable room. Limited English spoken, some French. Note that their Viale Luigi Morello location is quite a bit further up the hill from the Piazza Dell'Annunziata location and it might be worth figuring out how to use the bus line that has a stop near there.

Really nice B&B fairly close to the historic centr

Guido and Daniela were excellent hosts. I told them not to bother with breakfast as I had to leave very early in the morning for my flight. They put some food aside for me on the kitchen table and in a spot in the fridge. They were helpful in explaining nearby dining options and sites of interest to visit. I really appreciated them being flexible with my arrival time as I ended up being later than I'd originally planned, due to a slight change in my route to Cagliari. They were easy to reach by phone.

Fantastic owners, impeccably clean, nice!

Super-nice owners. Great communication prior to arrival. Arranged for helpful transfer from/to airport. They own several properties, let me choose the one I liked best. Comfortable room, slept extremely well. Immaculately clean. Easy parking on street. Highly recommended!

Central beliggenhed med en service fra Guido der var uovertruffen. Lige ankommet og straks blev vi budt fantastisk kaffe og Guido sørgede for transport til lufthavnen kl. 5 om morgenen.
