"Great and helpful staff beautiful pool and amenities"

"The rooms were tired last year, and no improvement this year. Went 2 days without replacing towels, emptying bins even though the room information advised this was daily, and had no door hanger to request services. Upon further query, they don't provide daily service unless asked. First set of bedding had holes, the bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the room was noisy throughout the night. We thought the daily breakfast was better than the weekend buffet - just don't ask for toast,...

Clean rooms On our first stay we have to transfer to a different room 3X, first the air conditioning unit had a lot of water leak. The next was, the towel rack fell and the 3rd the room needed to be fumigated for pest control. Hot water control is not right. ,"

"The location is great but the attitude of the security personnel is horrible! We are well educated people to be treated that way he show his bad attitude! It’s so unprofessional and the vibes as a security personnel is not helping hospitality and management business at all! The properties is good but no essential toiletries!"
