“The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us...

“Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!”

“I have to say I was a little nervous when I was booking, I did not know the area and when I reached out to someone for instruction she was not in PR she was I believe in California, and came off short, however them I got there and although the instructions emailed to me could have been a little more detailed I figured it out. The place was clean and offered cleaned towels and the kitchen was fully stocked with items needed to cook if needed, I also met the Millie who took care of the premises...

“Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment.
