โProperty was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. โOur stay at Boricua Apartments was lovely. The location is a quick walk to the beach, is close to the center of town, and the apartment was clean and very comfortable. I fully recommend staying here. โ
โI stayed here for 5 days during the summer. I loved that there is a beach walking distance from the place. Restaurant line the coast as you walk. The bed was so comfortable. Huge private bathroom with great lighting. You can listen to the ocean while you sleep. My only complaint would be that there is no mini fridge. Overall, I would recommend it if you are looking for a quiet place to stay.โ
โVery Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice.
I didnโt take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!โ
