“The position is great. Helpful booking in staff. very friendly. Large room. Its perfect for just what we needed. No frills, just a hot shower and cosy bed. Close to everything in Cairns especially Bus depot, restaurants, markets and lagoon. No Pool. No Restaurant. No Bar. Just a comfortble place to sleep and refresh for the next day to explore Cairns..”

“It was clean. But the lights in the compound were bright and stayed on all night. The curtain did not close that out. There was no bedside light, only one fluoro, not operable from bed. No USB plug for charging. It was noisy from traffic, and with drunk people outside the compound but right at the back of my room. They were shouting among themselves until about 11, and then again from 6 am on. There was a code to the compound, but a hole in the plexiglass below, allowing access to the innner...

“The property is not a guest resort, its more like a block of units with a few guest rooms, we were kept up by a resident for 2 nights with them screaming & swearing until 12.30pm for 2 nights. It was almost a police matter. The manager made out he was unaware of the problem but it is very hard to believe. I spoke to other residents & they told me it is common for this to occur. Will never stay there again”
