“체크인시에 수영장이 공사중이어서 차로 10분 거리의 수영장을 안내받음. 안내과정이 굉장히 불친절했고, 귀찮아했으며, 무시당하는 느낌을 받음. 담당 직원은 Luke 남자직원. 커튼이 떨어지고, 커피머신이되지않아서 직원이 여러번 다녀감. 이 직원들은 친절했음.”

“It was a good price and size on a room. Laundry is so useful for our stay. Need to bring cloth for sleep. After all, we are satisfied.”

“We had a great stay. A convenient location, clean house and host was very responsive.”

“It was hard to communicate only through e-mail. And there were no tissues, kitchen scissors, kitchen detergent, and scrubber, so it would have been better if you had prepared it. It was the best to go out to the beach or eat food with good scenery and location. I'm also willing to revisit. It would be nice if you could pay attention to the above requirements. I hope you are always healthy and happy.”

“The difficulty with this accommodation is that it sits between one-way streets. The entry is in one street and the car park in another. I did appreciate having the car in secure parking. When it was time to leave I had to find a way to get out of the carpark, which I needed the key for and then travel a few blocks in order to come in via the one-way streets to hand in the key via the other entrance. I did suggest that the hotel considers putting a key deposit box at the exits for the car parks....

“My family and I stayed here for 3 nights, we loved our time, was easy from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. Kids had a great time. Nice hotel, great location. ”

“Great 1 bedroom unit situated on the first floor. Off street secure undercover parking. Unit was Clean, tidy, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Super comfortable bed. The unit was well presented. Pool towels included. Large private balcony, ideal for afternoon drinks and hanging wet clothes. Not much of a view but didn’t bother us. Pool was clean and a pleasant temperature. Complex was Located across the road from Coles, BWS and all the main shops and eateries on the esplanade. The beach was...
