It was good but the buffet breakfast wasn’t as comparative to other hotels in the area. No drama with check in or check out. Easy transaction, easy to book. Difficulty connecting TV with chrome cast but otherwise a decent stay. More expensive compared to hotels in the same local area but overall nice

Great location to beach , shops , pubs , cafes and light rail . Breakfast was good ( set us up for the day ). Onsite laundry was a bonus ($5.50 for washing and same for tumble dryer) Pool and spa area is a great way to chill after a day of exploring . Will definitely be back .

The room at the Novotel are getting a bit tired. The location was great. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. We did not get our beach view room which was booked. We were staying for six nights they gave us one nights compensation. It did mean that we missed whale watching from our balcony!

The view from balcony was good. Staff was good. Very noisy place though, you will hear everytime the lift opens, trolly dragging, bags moving, definitely not soundproof walls. There was a big cockroach on the floor at night. Not very impressed . No microwave facility in the room, when we callled the reception to ask if reheating food available, they said they will charge $10 to use the microwave. I mean, come onnnn.

Good location, parking available onsite underneath hotel, but you need to go upstairs to lobby and then take lift to your room. Bit of a pain when travelling with a lot of luggage, but there were staff to help with bags which I really appreciated.

Fabulous and super convenient location. Just minutes-walk to Surfers Paradise. Hotel linked to a mall with supermarket. The only thing is that the room is a bit dark. Yet, staff was helpful to move in a portable light after my request and it improved much.
