“There was no one there to check us in at 330pm there was an envelope left on the counter with our name on it. We had to look up online for a number to contact someone. A few days later we went down to ask a question and the person at the counter was very dismissive and short. Overall not very welcoming at all. We definitely won’t be staying there again.”

“Beautifully appointed apartment and lovely valley views. Very clean and comfortable bed. Good communication with owner. We arrived after dark and could not find Karma Suites as the street is dimly lit and there is no sign out the front.”
