"Being from the US - it took me a minute to get used to the smoking indoors in the lobby. Other than that, the staff made this hotel EXCEPTIONAL! Very attentive, kind and supportive throughout the duration of my stay. They brought little gifts and amenities to make everything feel very comfortable - DAILY! I can’t say enough - the genuine hospitality was wonderful."
