We have loved Kempinski hotel in our previous stays elsewhere in the world. This hotel feels relatively a little old and did not give that luxury feel. The afternoon tea was expansive, took a long time to prepare and somewhat stall food. The staff were very nice. Other services were good.

Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a suite -- a super nice gesture! Turndown service is also a nice gesture. Breakfast was superb -- highly recommended! Rooms are a bit dated: In particularly, I believe that there should be dedicated outlets for recharging mobile devices. Temperature of rooftop pool was pleasantly warm in January. There aren't many nearby restaurants in the area, but I would stay again at this hotel.

An excellent location, nice room, and very attentive service. I would certainly choose this hotel again if I were in Cairo. Their bakery is outstanding! Nice breakfast with a good mix of local and international selections.

Great location in Garden City. Nice small rooftop pool and bar with good views over city. The Garden City suburb is quiet and Full of beautiful old buildings. We had a room overlooking the suburb not the Nile which was quiet. Mahmoud and others at breakfast service served us well. Clean hotel and more discreet and quiet than other hotels we have used in Cairo. Ideal for visiting AUC.

This was our first time staying here and the staff was very welcoming. Sabry was great! He helped us out with scheduling our excursions. He set us up with a wonderful tour guide Sara. The only thing I would do differently is stay a fee more days!!!
