"We had an amazing time here! The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming (reception giving great info about the area, booking taxis, great bar staff at the pool, friendly cleaning staff). The room was clean and very spacious (2 bed standard apartment( and had a lovely balcony). The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool and sunloungers were great, with a lovely view over the Sant Nichlau turret. The bar area was a lovely pkace to sit abd have a drink before heading into Ciutadella...

Check-In was fine we were a little early had to wait about 20 mins for appartment to be ready but that was fine.Once we got our key to the room the lady on reception took us directly to it and even carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs for me .The appartment was basic but very clean with a small balcony with table and chairs disappointed that there was no kettle though this is a basic kitchen item...
