"Nice accommodations at a great price. Clean and sanitary. Pleasantly surprised there was a full kitchen in the place (not as listed). Just a few small things make this a 4 rather than a 5 - - broken towel bar; lousy racquetball gear; lack of explaining that it's a condo unit within a hotel (strange); neighbors smoking weed on the balcony. "

"First put us in a room with active mold. Then to another place that didn’t have enough beds. The last place we stayed was 45 minutes away and not in a safe place and bedding was horrible. Sheets hadn’t been changed. There was sand in the bed. Only stayed the one night and booked somewhere else. "

"The property was clean for the most part. The air conditioner could have been adjusted to be cooler,It as a little too warm. We did feel safe and the condo was close to everything. We did enjoy our stay. "

"Great place to stay with kids!! Tons of stuff to keep the kids busy , definitely a place I will go back to as the whole family had a blast here, the only thing I would complain about is we never had a maid come to the room to clean or bring any new towels, I had to call 5 times to get someone to bring more towels and they never showed up except that last and 5th time I called which was a little frustrating but overall a good experience and would recommend to anyone."

"It’s a nice room, a bit old fashioned but comfortable. Location of room versus the resort map was off. The balcony door doesn’t work properly, so you need to work with it to open. It is an oceanfront room, plenty of nice views of the ocean and passing boats."
