“Excellent location to stay on a visit to Calakmul Ruins. The rooms and facilities are well maintained, the staff was courteous and helpful. The one draw back was the food, not a wide selection of choices for any of the meals and the taste did correspod with the high cost. Overall, I would definitely stay at the Mundo Maya again.”

“We needed some ice so the staff brought us an ice cube tray from their personal fridge. Everone was very friendly and helpful.. We would stay there again and have recommended the hotel to others. Just know that the hot water in one of the rooms did not last long enough for a complete shower and there were barking dogs alllllll night, so pack ear plugs.”
