Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. We had to approach the main reception to request access to the parking bay in the basement. Main reception was at the back of the building, so this...

My room was well provided with aircon, ceiling fan, fridge, kettle, TV, wet room and balcony. The house was always kept clean. It was only let down by a shabby pool area. If returning to the area, I would go back to this guest house. "
