Joaquin es un MAN excelente persona y siempre dispuesto a ayudar y orientarnos sobre los planes en la zona y muy preocupado porque todo estuviera bien en el hotel. Recomendamos el hotel al 100%. Al mostrarle la reserva que llegó al celular, dijo que ella no conocía la plataforma de Hoteles. com y que por ende no podía dejarnos hospedar y que no tenía conocimiento de dicha reserva. Creemos que esta señora nos estaba mintiendo y le entregó nuestra habitación a otra persona. Fue bastante desagradable y molesto esta situación. Pésima experiencia con este lugar."
