"O quarto estava em boas condições mas a limpeza não colaborou. Não fizeram a troca das roupas de banho e nem das de cama. Não fizeram a limpeza geral. Os talheres deveria ter um detergente com a esponja para que pudéssemos utilizar melhor. Houve barata dentro do apto. Enfim, é de suma importância a limpeza do local que não foi feita. O quarto tem um odor horrível, como se algo tivesse molhado e não secado, ficando um odor de chulé bem forte, solicitamos a limpeza, que foi apenas jogado “bom ar” para disfarçar o odor, e obviamente nada adiantou, chegamos a perguntar para a camareira porque o quarto cheirava tão ruim, nos foi informado que o odor é habitual, ou seja, só fazem algo paliativo para disfarçar.
