“All good. Especially the two young ladies at reception(sorry didn’t get their names). Very pleased with everything. Only slight disappointment was the lack of views from the window. Would 100% stay again but ask for room with better view. I live in Leicester and stayed in most of the hotels. This is definitely one of the better ones. Please don’t stay at the Hilton. It’s disgusting ”

“The apartment is very conveniently located in the heart of Leicester. It didn’t take us long to walk to anywhere in the city. Lovely decor and super modern. Had all the facilities we needed, full kitchen, living area and double bedroom. The only downsides were that the bathroom had a really strong drain smell and then in a morning we’d get food smells in the kitchen that seemed to be coming through from other apartments. “Good: contact with manager. Cleanliness and general set up Parking for car off road. Access to public transport.. Not good: on arrival the flat was stone cold and took 24 hours to warm up. Kitchen equipment was old, basic and just about functional. Very limited small kitchen tools ”
