"Experiencia regular, la propiedad mal señalizada no se ve el número del condominio y tampoco está debidamente señalizado a cuál casa corresponden las cajas donde se encuentra el control remoto del portón. Luego solo llegar a casa de al fondo … sin número. La limpieza deja bastante que desear, pisos sucios vidrios sucios , mala manutención. En resumen a pesar del espumante de cortesía, no la volvería a elegir . Mala relación precio calidad "

"After arriving from a long International flight, I called the hotel to find out where I get the Van to the hotel. Unfortunately, I dont speak spanish and the hotel staff doesnt speak English. I phoned the hotel but the rude receptionist hang up on me more than 4 times because she xouldnt speak English. Very Frustating! Finally, after multiple phone calls, someone else answered the phone and the communication was stablished. Futheremore - the hotel room was the most dirty room I ever stayed. The...

"Specifically booked for the airport shuttle included, they messaged only right before my stay to specify the shuttle had luggage size requirements, I was already on my trip as this is an airport hotel, so obviously people will only be there for a very short period of time… like a single night… the airport shuttle was the ONLY reason I booked this place and then I was made to call an uber anyway by the front desk."

"Good location close to bus station and alot of food options within short walking distance. The surrounding area did seem a little dodgey but fortunately we didn't have any negative encounters compared to others. Staff were lovely and courteous, often greeting guests passing through reception. Breakfast, although limited options, was satisfying.
