"This hotel doesn’t have basic conditions to be as a hotel, no hot water, leaking toilet, dirty blanket, no cups or glasses in the room , plus, the room door could not lock well, I have to use our baggage to make the door closed, while no help could get. We arrived around 11pm, the front desk staff did not know our reservation, could not find our reservation, also not understanding any English to communicate, and I had to use gestures, drawing pictures to communicate . "Really convenient location in Palermo and I felt very safe walking around. Lots of restaurants within close distance and having the cafe next door for breakfast was perfect. All the staff (including at the cafe next door) were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious and perfect for what I needed for my 3 night stay. "

"The apartment is in a very secure building, everything is thoughtful and well maintained, secure and safe. Check-in was seamless, the management team is great. It's a very convenient location to walk around, all the touristy happening restaurants and places are nearby. The bed is comfortable, it's a great place to stay overall."
