"La chambre était OK. La fenêtre était briser et incapable de la fermer... il fesait 0 dehors donc on a du mettre beaucoup de chauffage pour être confortable. La chambre pouvait accueillir 4 personnes(2 lit double) et il n'y a vait qu'une débarbouillette et 2 serviettes.... Pourquoi ne pas fournir l'équipement pour le nombre de personne présente dans la chambre...le Séchoir ne fonctionne pas non plus. Les lit et les Oreillers était confortable. L'ascenseur amble en piteuse état Les employés à la réception était lent et semblait agacé à chaque client. L'hôtel est bien situé, il y a beaucoup de stationnement. Assez tranquille dans l'ensemble."

"We had a pleasant stay overall. The receptionist was very helpful, especially the Muslim lady at the front desk who took the time to help us check the room facilities. Our original room had a broken fridge and phone line. The staff responded quickly and replaced the fridge, which we really appreciated. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent, although the selection was pretty much the same each day, so a little more variety would have been nice."
